Fall Clean & Check Special $135/Furnace (Oct-Dec)

- We will Clean: pilot & burners, heat exchanger, and oil motors if needed. Service & turn on humidifier (if applicable, +$20).
- We will Check: thermostat, wiring, fan & limit controls, thermocouple/igniter, blower, heat exchanger (for cracks), filters (replace if need +$), and check operation and performance of Furnace.
Spring Clean & Check Special $135/Condenser (Apr-Jun)

- We will Clean & Check: Freon, wiring, fuses, thermostat, blower on furnace, condenser fan, condensate drain, hose off condenser coil (avail. hose), filters (replace if need +$), oil motors if needed, turn off humidifier (if applicable) and check the operation and performance of unit.
