If you are still experiencing the same issues with your system after a service call from us (up to 1 week), you will not be charged the service/diagnostic fee when we return. We guarantee our work and initial diagnosis.

Our parts and equipment are guaranteed with our service and we will honor pre-existing equipment warranties on registered products. We will also register your new/replacement products that we install for you. Making sure you meet the deadline for the full warranty.

If at anytime you are unsatisfied please give us the opportunity to correct or remedy the situation or issue before you leave our services. Our door/line is always open.
