Full-Service HVAC Maintenance Agreement – $190 per System
Our 1-year HVAC maintenance agreement includes fall and spring cleanings and checks to keep your system running efficiently. Benefits include:

- 15% off service call labor (diagnostic not included)

Additional $20 applies for humidifiers, boilers, electronic filters, attic units, rooftop units, and difficult-access equipment.

Fall Furnace Clean and Check Special – $135 per Furnace (October–December)
Regular Price: $255
Our fall maintenance includes:
Pilot and burners, heat exchanger, oil motors (if needed), and servicing/turning on your humidifier (additional $20 if applicable).
Thermostat, wiring, fan and limit controls, thermocouple/igniter, blower, heat exchanger (for cracks), filters (replace if needed +$), and overall furnace operation and performance.
A top technician will perform diagnostics and performance checks.
Spring AC Clean and Check Special – $135 per Condenser (April–June)
Regular Price: $255
Our spring maintenance includes:
Cleaning and Checking: Freon levels, wiring, fuses, thermostat, furnace blower, condenser fan, condensate drain, condenser coil (hose off if available), filters (replace if needed +$), oil motors (if needed), turning off humidifier (if applicable), and verifying overall AC unit operation and performance.
